Our Work
From providing access to clean water to workforce training, Sadi Alice Foundation has worked hand-in-hand with the community to build practical, sustainable solutions that meet real needs
Clean Water

SAF addressed a critical need by constructing a community well in a village where residents have no access to running water. In addition to providing safe water for daily life and small businesses, the ongoing project creates local jobs through a community-based maintenance system that ensures the well remains functional and cared for.
By working closely with residents and prioritizing local stewardship, we have built both trust and a reliable water source that the community can depend on.
Community Building

SAF has engaged local residents through school supply drives, year-end celebrations for orphanages, site visits, and monthly community meetings that address meaningful topics and shared challenges. By partnering with local organizations and creating spaces for dialogue and collaboration, we are strengthening community solidarity and building networks that support long-term development.
Building lasting impact begins with strong relationships and community trust.
Medical Assistance Fund

Patients must pay medical costs upfront or risk being denied care. Through SAF’s Medical Assistance Fund, we are able to step in during critical circumstances to cover urgent medical expenses when resources allow.
This support relieves families of overwhelming financial pressure and helps restore the health of vital women whose well-being is central to the stability and care of their families.
Skills & Workforce Development

SAF is committed to equipping women and our local team with the skills needed to become more economically independent and professionally confident. Through partnerships with local organizations, we have supported sewing courses, literacy classes, computer skills training, and hands-on internships in management and journalism.
These opportunities help participants build practical skills while laying the foundation for stronger local leadership and workforce capacity.
